There are reasons why we term ourselves Folkish,
since this is a word that immediately conjures up ideas of “racism” – in respect of the distorted use of
the term in the modern society in which we are forced to live. We use this term in order to dissociate ourselves from the
meekness and weakness of those who hide behind “paganism” and “heathenism” in order that they may
not be under constant attack due to their beliefs, or that they are those who believe that being an English Heathen means
that one can be of any folk-group or kind, and that the term “English” applies to anyone living in England. The
Christian people of this country should consider that their Jesus Christ was born in a stable – but that does not lead
to the conclusion that he was a horse!
Ours is a folk-centred religion based upon the
concept of blood-kinship, and is not universal in the sense that everyone can be involved. This needs to be made clear,
for anyone getting involved should first train themselves to ignore the smear-tactics that are aimed
to stop us from getting involved. Such trigger words as racist, fascist, neo-nazi, white supremacist and hate-groups
are used to stop the individual and the group from operating as they need to. This is a tactic that creates fear
within the individual, and it seeks to stop the individual from getting involved.
Woden’s Folk is not a membership organization
and, as such, has no “members”; to get involved means making an annual donated subscription
to receive the magazines which are designed to educate and train individuals into the Woden Folk-Religion. The strength
of Woden’s Folk lies in its local groups, and its ability to organize national activities bringing these groups together.
There is also room for the Lone-Wolf Activist to get involved in this active work if he/she wishes to do so. But
that is entirely up to the individual.
Woden’s Folk created the Folkish Heathen Religion known as the Woden
Folk-Religion. We also recognize
that the natural hierarchy which was given to us by the Gods has been corrupted and almost totally destroyed in the drive
towards “equality” and the leveling down of everyone and everything to the lowest form of life. So our religion
is Folkish in that it will attract all classes into our struggle, and from this amalgamation will be created a new
Divine Hierarchy based upon merit and not birth nor wealth. It is a religion for the English Folk, and not for any
particular section of it. At
one time the ruling elite claimed direct descent from Woden, and ruled by right of their birth as an English Æthlinga.
These were known as “peers”, a word which means “equals” but which excluded
other lower castes. Today, and for some hundreds of years, a “peerage” can be bought, and this is why the English
Aristocracy is partly a fake, and most can make no claim to descent from Woden. The House of “Lords” is just as
much a fake institution as the House of “Commons”. The Folk-Gemæn or “Common Folk”
of England is a far cry from the Communism which is the Revolt of the Slaves, or the Communitarianism
which is a fusion of Capitalism and Socialism into the society of today, which is gradually replacing the term “democracy”,
which again is a word that features the rule of the lowest (the “demos”) over the highest;
the masses form the material basis of any society, and the rulership should be by a Spiritual
Elite.
You can thus see that the term Folkish applies to a society that conforms to Natural
Law and which is in union with Cosmic Law. Our aim is to secure the existence of the English people and a future for English children, as part of a world-wide
struggle for freedom. There is no room for a religion based upon the concept of “Original Sin”, the method used
to instill into the European psyche as sense of guilt and shame; this idea was imposed in order to control. Neither is their
room for the outdated archetype or god-form of a hanged god, nailed to a piece of dead wood in a state of humiliation
and defeat, a suffering god-form that epitomizes the state of the English for some time now – suffering in shame, guilt
and defeat. This was the god-form imposed upon our Folk from the Middle-East. The figure of the hanged god or suffering god was a later distortion that was forced upon the peoples
of Europe, and spread elsewhere by the Europeans as a universal religion. Yet if we look back to our Old English version of
the so-called “Jesus Christ” we find a very different character, hanging on the cross nonetheless, but not quite
as the later distorted version. In The Dream of the Rood we find that the figure hangs upon a tree victorious,
i.e. a “victory-tree” rather than a tree of defeat and shame.
At some time in the past, it is said,
the tree had been bleeding from its right side, and intermittently it was of shining gold and then streaming blood. This is
itself important since the term rood stems from the most ancient Rad-Rune which is an upright stave surmounted by
a zig-zag pattern, the latter being an ancient symbol for the blood that runs down the pillar or tree-trunk. In The Dream of the Rood we find that the
Glory-Tree is upheld as just as important as the Son of God who was slain upon it. The tree bleeds when it is wounded
with arrows, which never appears in the later distorted versions of this story. The young hero who is strong
and brave has the high destiny of freeing mankind, through his own suffering and humiliation
at the hands of the enemies of Gods and Men. This piece is backed up by another Old English inscription found upon the Ruthwell Cross.
In this both
the young hero-god and the glory-tree are mocked, and wounded with arrows which
is a significant point. We find that it is Heathcyn who, in Beowulf, is wounded to death with arrows, and that this
also reflects the death of King Edmund (of the Wuffingas) who was wounded to death by the Danes. Heathcyn, of course, is none
other than Blind Hodr of Norse Mythology, who is said to have been responsible for slaying his brother Baldaeg. Baldaeg appears
as the one who slays Heathcyn – Herebald – in the Beowulf Saga.
Another inscription, from
around 1100, talks of the Rood, which actually gives the account, that bore the mighty King.These Old English accounts are far removed from those which are today
contained in the Christian Bible – which has been heavily distorted and contains a great deal of down-right lies. It
was distorted in order to create a god-form that celebrated the uprising of the downtrodden, the meek, the weak, the lowly
– the scum of the Earth if you like! This has nothing in common with the self-sacrifice of a hero-god in order
to save mankind from oppression.
What we also need to consider is that the events of a character named “Jesus”
may never have happened at all at the time it is said to have done – this may well refer to a much later time when a
heroic figure would confront the Forces of Darkness and Matter, and suffer a hero’s death at their hands. This needs
meditating upon.
There is a subtle paradox
in what we have to say, for we dedicate our time in trying to become more self-reliant and self-sufficient; yet that is just
a means to yet a greater end, that of serving the Folk-Community as a whole. Training ourselves is not enough, for there is
a need to overcome egoism and selfishness through what is termed idealism. By this we refer to the individual becoming
capable of making sacrifices for the sake of the group – the ultimate self-sacrifice being his life! True idealism is
the subordination of the interests and the life of the individual to the Folk-Community.
Within the English Folk
– part of the Teutonic Folk – the instinct of self-preservation reaches its noblest form through the subordination
of the ego to the life of the Folk-Community. This is why we term ourselves – Folkish! So when we talk of “self-reliance” and
“self-sufficiency” we do not preach the idea of self-interest and self-preservation; our aim is to instill in
our people the concept of idealism, the overcoming of egoism and self-interest in favour of self-sacrifice for the
Folk-Community as a whole. Self-preservation is a natural survival instinct, but it serves a very low purpose when compared
to the survival of a people – which is far more important than that of the individual within
that people. The survival of a folk-group is far more important than that of any one individual within it. Hence we have the
motto –

There needs to be a natural and healthy balance between the individual within the group, and the group made
up of individuals. In today’s world, ruled by economic materialism (Economic Capitalism and Economic Socialism fused
into Communitarianism), self-preservation, self-interest and rampant individualism arise due to the nature of such
a dog-eat-dog society. Where profit and greed (Capitalism) and envy and greed (Socialism) predominate the end result can only
be chaos, disorder and anarchy – a world of “every man for himself”!
We can see in today’s society how this has already come about.
If a shortage of petrol appears at the pumps there are some individuals who actually get to blows over having to queue to
get what is there. This also applies to supermarket shortages. These rarely last more than a few days, so imagine what would
happen when a real shortage comes about. We only have to look at what happened when the floods hit
New Orleans; whilst the media were busy showing us the looting of “goods essential for survival” we were shown
looters taking away hangers full of fashion clothes, also TVs and other electrical goods – “goods essential for
survival”. Those who saw these pictures were witness with their own eyes to the media lies,
and to what would actually happen if such a catastrophe happened here.
This is why we need a Folkish Religion that will unite us as an English Nation, made
up of individuals of idealism, willing to make their own self-sacrifice for the nation, even as far as giving up their lives
to do so. Self-sacrifice must replace self-preservation as the focus of a National Consciousness. The nation is a vessel
whilst the people is its content; the vessel has a meaning only when it can preserve and protect the
content, otherwise it is useless. The preservation of a people, in this case the English, will naturally comprise the existence
of that people, which will thereby permit the free development of the forces that lie dormant within that people.
The preservation of the physical life creates the precondition for the promotion of a further spiritual development. This,
again, is why a Folkish Religion is necessary, since spiritual development can only be achieved through a religious
movement. What we term Folk-Consciousness
refers to the concept of the highest energy and active force being concentrated within a few people within a folk-group;
this energy and active force is a willed-force which is concentrated upon one task and one goal. Removed from the
inertia of the masses this small group will gain mastery, and thus create a change in the folk-group as a whole. History shows
us that the majority never creates change – change only comes through the willed action and determination of a minority.
That today we array ourselves against overwhelming odds is proof in itself that only the strongest in will and determination
will take up the struggle – and thus ensure a final victory.
What we see around us today is the growing decay and degeneration of the people of this country; sickness is
today seen as something to be proud of! Yes, the sick, the mentally unstable and the alcoholic are
given “special needs” whilst the strong and healthy are thrown onto the scrap-heap. If ever there was a recipe
for the destruction of a people – this is it! There is another side to all this, for certain elements of society are
so mentally unbalanced in a violent way that they are behaviourally controlled by prescribed drugs.
What would happen if there was a total breakdown of society and these drugs were not available – a host of violent and
murderous monsters loosed upon the world! The ancient myths and legends are coming true – the Clash of the Titans is
at hand, the Final Conflict between the Gods and the Monsters of Chaos is at hand.
Those who get involved in a Folkish Movement must understand
the need to reject the liberal humanitarian society which is a recipe for the destruction of the English Folk, and embrace
the very ancient religious ideals that centre around Natural Law and the strict adherence to the Eternal and Immutable Laws
of Nature that decree that the strongest survive and the weakest perish. No gardener would throw away the weakest seedlings,
but would grow on only the strongest. So why should mankind be any different? Only the man-centred religions that were forced
upon us have given to us the idea that man is a “special creation” and above the Laws of Nature. We are subject
to the very same Laws of Nature as the plants and animals off this world, and we should come to realize this before it is
too late.
It is also essential that we transcend the politics of "Left" and "Right", since
these are terms deliberately employed in order to divide and conquer. Our society is a fusion of Capitalism and Socialism/Communism,
and it is this fusion is what has enslaved us today. The monetary system that predominates is one of debt, credit, and money-lending,
and such a system inevitably enslaves the whole world - it is symbolised by the World Serpent that encircles and enslaves
the world. Whilst we are divided into "Left" and "Right" we can be controlled - we must break free of
all restraints!
Our Heathen Ancestors worshipped fertility-gods and fertility-goddesses that ensured not
only the fertility of the land, and thus their food, but also the fertility of their people which ensured a future
for their people in healthy offspring. The Judaeo-Christian Church spread the idea of celibacy amongst its priests, which
hardly promoted a future for their religion, since their line ended there and then! Maybe this was for the good! But that
is not the way of our Folkish Religion which seeks to ensure the survival of the English Folk into the future, through
the development of a healthy people who are strong and virile and whose destiny decrees that they become master of this land.
And then become an example to others to follow suit and ensure the freedom of the Teutonic Folk as a whole. Ar-Man’s
